By accessing or using the Mitanshu P2P Engine, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.

2. Usage Policy

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using this engine to transfer:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Copyrighted material without permission.
• Illegal content as defined by Indian and International laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. Mitanshu Bhasin (the Developer) is not liable for any data loss, failed transfers, or misuse of the service by users. You are responsible for the files you send and receive.

4. User Responsibility

Since this is a decentralized P2P service, you are solely responsible for verifying the identity of the Peer you are connecting with. Do not accept files from unknown IDs.
